In this position, you will work with diverse populations to help them find employment and match industry needs. Must be motivated and passionate. Sales and Marketing skills a plus. Responsibilities Include: Develop jobs for people with barriers to employment, conduct on-site assessment activities, provide job coaching and support to people with disabilities and/or barriers to employment, ensure client success while meeting business needs, assist clients through the application, interview, and orientation process. Must be professional, creative, out of the box thinker driven to succeed. Travel required through a 9 county area. Agency vehicle available for use.
Bachelor degree preferred in related field. Must have 2 years experience working with people with disabilities, barriers to employment and/or working in industry/business field. Other Qualifications include, strong oral and written communication skills, proven organizational skills, basic math skills and a valid Kansas driver’s license.
This is a part time position based in Salina, with frequent day time travel in a 9 county area.
